Andy is also a Principal at Nordlicht Partners, a consulting firm with headquarter in the United Kingdom, which focuses on advising on business transactions, operational processes, accounting and taxation matters to small-and-medium sized firms and enterprises in the United Kingdom.

Andy has been working with Altive Limited, a Hong Kong based fin-tech platform specialising in alternative investments including private equity, private credit and private REITs. He served as a Vice President, as well as a licensed representative of this fin-tech platform in Hong Kong until early 2024. Andy also served as a board member and the Chief Financial Officer of Manner Culture Group (“MCG”) until early 2020 before the Covid-19 pandemic. MCG was once an entertainment and media business with over 5 million fans and followers onsocial media platforms across Southern China and Southeast Asia.

Andy has been the Group Financial Controller at Nova Founders Capital, a global fin-tech investment firm, in which his responsibilities included the overseeing of the finance and treasury functions of the firm. Prior to joining Nova Founders Capital in 2015, Andy was in audit and assurance division of PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) in Hong Kong, specialising in retail and distribution, and technology sectors.

Andy holds a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration in Professional Accounting and Finance, from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (“HKUST”). He has been a Certified Public Accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“HKICPA”) for 10 years. He is also a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (“ICAEW”) and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”).
